V takmer storo\u010d\u00ed hist\u00f3rie sa spolo\u010dnos\u0165 postupne rozv\u00edjala, aby sa stala jednou z popredn\u00fdch &#8222;tov\u00e1rn\u00ed talianskeho dizajnu&#8220;, schopn\u00e1 aplikova\u0165 svoje odborn\u00e9 znalosti a excelentnos\u0165 v oblasti riadenia dizajnu na mnoho r\u00f4znych druhov v\u00fdrobkov. Inak zvan\u00e9 aj mesto k\u00e1vy. V roku 1933 sa mu ho podarilo aj naplni\u0165 a zaklad\u00e1 rodinn\u00fa firmu s n\u00e1zvom Illycaff\u00e8. Jeho ideol\u00f3giou bolo pon\u00faknu\u0165 svetu t\u00fa najlep\u0161iu k\u00e1vu, \u010do sa mu takpovediac aj podarilo. Dnes je veden\u00e1 tre\u0165ou gener\u00e1ciou rodiny a pokra\u010duje v pr\u00e1ci a rozv\u00edjan\u00ed my\u0161lienky svojho zakladate\u013ea. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 je zn\u00e1ma a obdivovan\u00e1 a uzn\u00e1van\u00e1 na piatich kontinentoch za vysokokvalitn\u00fa a nezamenite\u013en\u00fa zamatov\u00fa chu\u0165 svojej k\u00e1vy, vynikaj\u00facu zmes zlo\u017een\u00fa z deviatich typov \u010dist\u00e9ho Arabika, ktor\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 miluj\u00fa mili\u00f3ny \u013eud\u00ed doma, v pr\u00e1ci, hoteloch, re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00e1ch \u010di kaviar\u0148ach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Syst\u00e9m pretlakovania 1934<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">Spolonos\u0165 illycaff\u00e8 patentuje svoj revolu\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m pretlakovan\u00eda, ktor\u00fd dodnes pou\u017e\u00edva na balenie svojich v\u00fdrobkov. Spr\u00e1vne zrel\u00e1 k\u00e1va tak m\u00f4\u017ee cestova\u0165 po celom svete, pri\u010dom si zachov\u00e1va svoju ar\u00f3mu a svie\u017eos\u0165.  <br>Nov\u00e1torsk\u00e1 met\u00f3da balenia zalo\u017een\u00e1 na tlakovom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed umo\u017enila prv\u00fd v\u00fdvoz k\u00e1vy Illy do \u0160v\u00e9dska a Holandska u\u017e v 40. rokoch. Met\u00f3da Francesca Illyho zost\u00e1va \u0161tandardom pre konzerv\u00e1ciu a zv\u00fd\u0161enie \u010derstvosti k\u00e1vy po\u010das jej prepravy a skladovania. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Illetta 1935<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bol to prv\u00fd vysokotlakov\u00fd stroj na pr\u00edpravu espressa s patentovan\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom separ\u00e1cie ohrevu a tlaku vody, ktor\u00fd vyvinul s\u00e1m Francesco. Jeho profesion\u00e1lna \u010dinnos\u0165 je dnes rozdelen\u00e1 medzi architekt\u00faru (s\u00fakromn\u00fa a verejn\u00fa), dizajn, technol\u00f3giu a remeseln\u00e9 spracovanie. Ne\u010dudo, ke\u010f\u017ee sa svojim gu\u013eat\u00fdm telom, vrstvenou \u0161trukt\u00farou pripom\u00ednaj\u00facou perie a s v\u00fdstupkom na vrchu varnej n\u00e1doby v podobe zob\u00e1ku podob\u00e1 pr\u00e1ve na kuriatko. Taliansky dizajn\u00e9r sa aj v tomto pr\u00edpade nechal in\u0161pirova\u0165 samotnou pr\u00edrodou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e1vovar je zlo\u017een\u00fd z dvoch hlavn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed, as\u00edce oto\u010dnej varnej n\u00e1doby a varn\u00e9ho kotla s tepelne vodivou spodnou doskou, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa vyroben\u00e9 v\u00fdhradne z liateho hlin\u00edka. Uprostred sa prirodzene nach\u00e1dza k\u00e1vov\u00fd filter lievikovit\u00e9ho tvaru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdtok v ostrom tvare \u201cV\u201d je \u0161peci\u00e1lne navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby dokonale \u201corezal\u201d kvapky pri nalievan\u00ed.
